Welcome to our Oxford Downs Florida Fall Brawl: If your bracket shows as Full, please join the waitlist as we may add spots!!

This Friday, October 10th, the full-on sparkle of a PickleballChicks™ tournament lands at Oxford Downs in Summerfield, Florida — just minutes from The Villages and less than an hour from Ocala! We’d LOVE to see you on our courts for a night of fun, fall, and fabulous play.

Our Fall Brawl is sponsored by Michael Allsup of Humana and brings cozy autumn vibes with a Florida twist. Sure, our palm trees aren’t turning golden, but who needs crunchy leaves when you’ve got pumpkin spice energy, sunshine, and Chicks bringing their A games and A vibes all night long? 🌴🍁 Every rally is a chance to rake up points (instead of leaves). 

And because PickleballChicks is about doing good on and off the courts, we’re proud to support The Villages Angels Wigs of Hope — an incredible volunteer group helping local women with breast cancer look and feel their best.

With 60+ sold-out tournaments already under our belts across Canada and the US, we’ve created a place where women can play hard, lift high, and feel the love from check-in to medal rounds. Expect:

• 6 guaranteed games (more play, less waiting!)
• Regular scoring to 11, win by 2, hard stop 14
• Rotating partners and a round robin format
• Swag, sparkle, and a friendly vibe that keeps those tourney nerves and butterflies in check
• Caring, energetic hosts who’ve got your back

Tournament Details

• Date: Friday, October 10th
• Who Can Play: All women
• Registration Table Opens: 3:00 PM
• Welcome Chat: 3:45 PM
• First Games: 4:00 PM

Brackets: Rising Stars Under 3.0, Shooting Stars 3.0 - 3.499 and Blazing Stars: 3.5 - 3.9 - Choose the bracket you would register in for a Skill/Drill session. Our goal is well-matched games, because, girlfriend, those are the most fun! That's why sandbagging is not cool, like ever. Not sure which bracket to register for? Format: Round robin. Register solo, rotate partners, and rack up your individual scores after every game. The top 8 players in each bracket move on to the Gold/Silver or Bronze/Hugs medal matches.

Scoring: Regular scoring, games to 11, win by 2, hard stop at 14 in Round Robin. In Medal Matches, regular scoring to 15, win by 2, no hard stop.

Prizes: Shiny medals + coveted crowns for the Fall Brawl’s top finishers. 👑

Fee: $30/player+ State of Florida and Sumter County sales tax. Our usual tournament fee is $59 - $64 but we're gifting our girlfriends in this area with a special low rate because The Villages is our heart-home in the USA!

No Refunds: Please check your calendars for any conflicts on this date! Check that you don't have golf, a doctor's appointment or a "can't move date" with your special someone!

In every city, PickleballChicks donates to local breast cancer programs. For the Fall Brawl, we’re raising paddles AND funds for The Villages Angel Wigs of Hope charity. Thanks to events like this, PickleballChicks™ has already donated over $3,000 for breast cancer support — and we’re just getting started telling cancer it picked on the wrong Chicks!
