• Everyone registers into one pod (no guessing your bracket)
• We kick things off with a Sorting Hat Round
• You’ll play a few fast 5-minute games to find your groove and shake off any jitters
• Track your points in the Sorting Hat Round and hand in your scorecard
•  We rank total points scored and place you into:

→ Rising Stars Bracket ⭐
 → Shooting Stars Bracket  🌟

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

How many games will I get?
Minimum 3 x 5-minute Sorting Hat games
Plus 4 regular scored games in Round Robin play
The top 8 players in each bracket advance to medal rounds (Gold/Silver + Bronze games) 

💖 Is this event supporting a charity?
Yes 💖 Giving back is part of what we do — and in the past 2 years we’ve donated almost $6,000!

A portion of proceeds will be donated to the Susan G. Komen Foundation (Florida) and in support of a very special pediatric cancer fundraiser close to our hearts

📊 Will scores be submitted to DUPR?
Nope — scores will not be submitted

👑 Can I request my bracket?
No — placement is based on your Sorting Hat performance to keep games fair and fun

🤔 What if I don’t agree with my placement?
We get it — it can feel personal
But placement is based on real-time gameplay and designed for the best overall experience

👉 If being placed in a bracket you don't like will impact your enjoyment, this isn't the right event for you

⏱️ How long will I be playing?
Plan for about 3–3.5 hours
Games move quickly and you’ll rotate in and out throughout

🪑 Will I be sitting out?
Yes — and it’s by design
With 6 courts, expect to sit about every other game

Time to:
 • Rest + hydrate ☀️
 • Cheer on your fellow Chicks
 • Come back ready to play your best

👉 If you prefer constant play with no sitting, this may not be your event

🤝 Do I need a partner?
Nope! Register solo — you’ll rotate partners all day (one of the best parts 💖)

Wind above 20 mph may delay or cancel play

If we cancel before play begins → full refund
