PickleballChicks™ is a grass root, Chicks-Only pickleball tournament company and we believe great pickleball does more than spark competition — it sparks connection, community, and real-world impact. And thanks to our amazing Chicks who joined us at the Fall Brawl at Oxford Downs Pickle N Poker in Summerfield, Florida, we’re proud to share a moment that warmed our hearts and lifted our spirits.
A Tournament That Gave Back — On and Off the Courts
Our Fall Brawl events always bring fierce rallies, high-fives, and big Chick energy, but this one came with an extra layer of meaning. Together, our players helped us raise $260 USD for Angel Wigs of Hope, a local volunteer-led organization supporting women in Central Florida navigating breast cancer. This brings our donations over the past year up to $5,000!
This group of compassionate volunteers provides free wigs, support, and emotional comfort to women undergoing treatment — offering confidence, dignity, and community when it matters most.
Last week, they sent us a beautiful photo of their team holding up our donation envelope — and honestly, it reminded us exactly why PickleballChicks™ exists. When women come together to play, laugh, connect, and lift each other higher, everyone wins.
