PickleballChicks is an established “chicks-only” event host in the USA and now we’re onto our second event on Canadian soil.
When you walk in the door to the courts you’ll immediately feel the love. We create a welcoming, sassy vibe that helps melt away tournament anxiety. No one feels like running back tot he car to cry at a PickleballChicks tournament. We’re all about the love of the game and respect and kindness toward our fellow players.
We’re pretty darn good at running our cool tournaments which is why you’ll be in and out in just around 3 hours. We Chicks know how to get sh*t done 🙂
We’re thrilled to be hosting this event at the amazing and beautiful CORTE KW. This is a climate controlled dome that’s bright, airy and oh, so cool to play at. We have 5 courts and they have all the facilities any Queen could want: Showers, change rooms, and a few Muskoka chairs for lounging between games.
Each team is guaranteed 5 games although just between us Chicks, it’s often guaranteed 6 games and then we head into the semis and finals. You gotta love that kind of value in a tournament … we give you double what other tourneys give you and we bathe you in the glow of PickleballChick-dom so … there’s that!
We’re also great at communicating so you never feel in the dark. From the moment you register to the moment you walk onto the court you’ll always know exactly what’s going on. Us chicks love to talk so expect updates and tips before tournament day.

Tournament Details:
When: Saturday July 20th, 1:15am start
Where: CORTE KW, Kitchener, right off the 401. You’re going to love it here!
Two Brackets: 3.0 Low Intermediate and 3.5+ Intermediate –> Note: ***** No sandbagging, like zero, nada, none…sandbagging is just not cool.***********
Max Teams per Bracket: 12
Format: Queens of the Court “Battle for the Crowns” Round Robin: This is our most popular tournament format!
Stay with your partner and play a minimum of 5 games
Simplified Rally Scoring, hard stop, first to 15
Points matter. Teams that score the most points move on to semi and finals
Battle your way to the Gold and Bronze games to win our crowns!
Note for players without a partner:
If you don’t have a partner, it’s cool -> we love you and want you to play! Register solo and we will match you up with the next single to register. I will do my best to pair you up. We don’t want to leave any chicks out!
Fee: CORTE members $20, Non-CORTE members $50 . Guaranteed 5 games minimum
What we’re playing for: Fun, friendship and flexing our hard earned skills! Plus of course, gold, silver, bronze medals AND crowns for Gold winners.
